Reggae Britannia live concert at the Barbican London February 5th

Barbican is hosting a live concert to celebrate Reggae’s influence on the UK’s music and culture.  The concert will feature hits from the 1960s to the present day, as the musicians explore Reggae’s musical evolution from Ska, through to Rocksteady, Roots, Dub, Lovers Rock and beyond.

The line up includes, among others, Dennis Alcapone and Winston Reedy, Dave Barker, Pauline Black, Ken Boothe, Ali Campbell, Big Youth and Janet Kay. The musical director is Dennis Bovell.
